You sell the tickets and get the prizes; you should also attempt to get Table Sponsorship.
This will guarantee that your event will be as profitable as possible.
Your table sponsorship should be priced to cover the expense of hiring us and any other overheads to operate your event.
Their Package could include signage at the venue and 4 Complimentary Tickets in return for their sponsorship.
We will allow your well-groomed Volunteers to operate some of our minor games in order to reduce the cost of Casino Hire.
A quick training session will occur prior to the start of play.
WHAT DO WE DO ?
We can print the Master ticket and provide a Master Poster FREE of Charge.
We will also give all the advice that you require to make your event the most successful fundraiser you will hold this year.
I have many selling strategies depend-ing on your reason for fundraising.
We will conduct your event for you. We will also provide the staff and all equipment required for the event including auctioneer and background music.
You will only have to provide people to meet and greet the guests at the door ( in some cases ) and set up the prizes.
The number of prizes and tables will depend on the number of tickets sold.
25 Prizes per 100 guests will work.
We currently have a total of 24 Tables:
80 guests I recommend 6 Tables
100 guests I recommend 7 Tables
120 guests I recommend 8 Tables
In fact for every extra 20 people another table can be added.
The Breakdown for 7 Tables would probably be:
1 Roulette; 3 Blackjack; a Crown and Anchor; The Big Wheel; Texas Hold Em Poker; although this can be varied.
This will be set based on your table requirements and is dependant on your location.
